Every piece from Cold On A Sunday is made to order, based on genuine demand rather than guesswork. This means we only produce what people actually want, cutting down on waste and overproduction. It's a big part of why we can't offer exchanges but we still want you to be happy with what you receive, so here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, please contact us within this window.

Made-to-Order Items

We make each piece based on demand, not stock guesswork — it's how we keep waste and overproduction down. Because of this, we're unable to offer exchanges (e.g. for a different size, colour, or style). If you'd like a different variation, please place a new order and return the original item under this policy.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging, where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@coldonasunday.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
